Riverside Drive Apartments, located at 32281 Riverside Drive, in the City of Lake Elsinore, is excited to present a new multi-family residential project coming to the corner of Riverside Drive and Eisenhower Drive. The project is proposed on a 4.95 acre, primarily vacant, lot zoned RMU (Residential Mixed Use) and is located within the Lake View Planning District. The proposed project will encompass approximately 213,415 square feet (4.90 acres) of building area.

This multi-family residential project will be composed of 2 building types, Type A and Type B. The apartment complex will include 96 apartment units, split between twelve (12) 2-story buildings. The average unit size for Building Type A is 730 SF. The average unit size for Building Type B is 1,092 SF.  

The proposed project will include approximately 6,000 square feet of private open space, through balconies and patios, and 70,712 square feet of common open space. The project will also propose the development of a pool and 1,597 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse will include a fitness center, mail room, reception office, leasing office, work room, restroom, and 490 square foot covered patio. 

There are a total of 200 residential parking spaces, including 21 electric vehicle charging stations and 7 accessible spaces.
